The Toronto Blue Jays have a lot of work to do this offseason with many players becoming free agents like; Bo Bichette, Chris Bassitt, Ty France, Max Scherzer and Seranthony Dominguez all looking for new deals.

The Blue Jays definitely need to keep their momentum going from this year, so they cannot afford to not re-sign some of these players.

Where will the Blue Jays free agents end up?

Spencer Lazary of Jays Journal reported on the free agents and where he thinks they will end up after free agency is all said and done. The Blue Jays will be looking to keep most of them, but not all can be re-signed and the Blue Jays will need to find solutions for them.
"Starting with Bichette, Jays Journal predicts that he will be staying put with the Blue Jays for 10 years, $300 million. Logically, it makes the most sense for him to stay. He has been open about his want to come back and after the World Series appearance."-Lazary

Chris Bassitt is expected likely to sign with the Milwaukee Brewers on a one year deal, as they need a reliable veteran arm, which is exactly what Bassitt provides, he's very durable for a guy getting toward the end of his career.
Dominguez is most likely going to stay with the Blue Jays on a short term deal, the Blue Jays need bullpen help and Dominguez was one of their best reliever.
"Much like Bassitt, Scherzer is another player that fans would love to see return to the organization. However, it doesn't seem like it'll be likely. As a result, Jays Journal predicts that he will be returning to where it all started, in Detroit with the Tigers on a one-year $15 million contract."-Lazary

Unfortunately Mad Max won't be returning to the Blue Jays, it's unfortunate as he was a fan favourite and brought an intensity that few can match. But the Blue Jays need to move to a younger starting rotation. Next is Ty France who also won't be returning most likely.
"Lastly, there is France who will want to seek out an opportunity to play as much as possible. The Cleveland Guardians are in need of a first baseman after they traded Josh Naylor this past season. Because of that, there could be a good chance that he and Cleveland have mutual interest."-Lazary

The Blue Jays are potentially losing a lot of key players, but the head office has shown they can put a good team together. The World Series magic hasn't left the Blue Jays yet, and fans can expect another good season next year.
