The Blue Jays series against the White Sox did not start of as expected as they got blown out in Spencer Turnbull's first game's first game on the mound in which manager John Schneider was not too impressed.

Berrios had a great performance yesterday as he ended up pitching a massive 7.2 innings, while only allowing 2 hits, 0 earned runs and striking out 5 batters before being pulled.
The Jays announced on social media that he reached the mark after he left the game after seven innings in Toronto's 7-1 win over Chicago. He only allowed two hits and no earned runs while he struck out five. -Dickens
After John Schneider pulled Berrios from the game, Blue Jays fans at the Rogers Centre gave him quite the standing ovation as it was one of if not his best performance of the season.
