The Toronto Blue Jays officially announce 26 man roster for ALDS
The Toronto Blue Jays kick off their series against the New York Yankees today and have finally released their official 26 man roster for the series.
The Blue Jays had until this morning at 10 AM to put in their 26 man roster which they have many difficult decisions to make regarding quite a few players.

Manager John Schneider announced yesterday that Gausman would be taking the mound for the Blue Jays in game 1 but has yet to announce any updates for the starters for game 2 or 3.
Gausman spoke to reporters about getting the start today and stated that he is ready to go and fired up for the oppoturnity.
"I'm ready to go. I'm fired up."

The Blue Jays announced their 26 man roster this morning with some massive surprises as Max Scherzer, Chris Bassitt, Jose Berrios, Bo Bichette and Ty France were all left off of it.

While most players left off the roster were injured, it will be interesting to see if leaving Scherzer off since he is healthy will end up being a mistake.

Another surprise is Bassitt as many thought that he would be healthy and ready to go for the ALDS but it looks like he will not be playing this series but hopefully will be ready if they make it to the ALCS.
