First MRI revealed no structural damage in Jose Berrios' elbow, said Blue Jays manager John Schneider. Berrios is getting a second opinion to confirm that diagnosis before next steps are set.
GM Ross Atkins announced this afternoon that Berrios' second opinion came back with no structural damage on his elbow again but he will likely not be available for the ALDS as he has yet to begin throwing.
Follow-up for Jose Berrios showed no structural damage in elbow, but he won't be a factor in ALDS as he's still not throwing. Possible he's ready later in the playoffs.
