NHL #WinterClassic is heading outdoors in Florida!
Tickets will be on sale June 4th.
After the news broke the news,
Swanson was quite quick to hop on social media and question the decision since having an outdoor game in a city like Miami where it is quite hot all year round does not make much sense.
Fans were quite to point out that certain original six teams such as the Montreal Canadians have yet to host a Winter Classic game despite being in the Heritage Classic game a while ago in Calgary.
This is not the first time that the NHL has decided to host an outdoor game in a warm climate as they have does it in Utah and California before but on both occasions, the players mentioned how soft and bad the ice was.
Clearly the Blue Jays pitcher was too happy with this decision since it does not make much sense.
