Every year the two teams that make it to the World Series receive a certain amount from the postseason pool which the Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers player quite a bit on this year.

The percentage that the Blue Jays would be receiving from the postseason pool was disclosed at the beginning of November which is 24%, while the Dodgers got 36%.

The total for the postseason pool ended up being $128.2 million for 2025 which was a bit down from last year which set a record at $129.1 million.
The reason for the drop off seems to be in direct correlation with the ballpark capacity and the average cost per ticket which seems to be cheaper in Toronto than it was in New York last season.

The Blue Jays decided on a full 70 shares spread out across the players and staff which resulted in each member receiving a World Series bonus of $354,118.
A full share for the AL champion Toronto Blue Jays came to $354,118 just below the $354,572 last year for the New York Yankees when they lost to the Dodgers in the World Series. Toronto had 70 full shares, 15.44 partial shares and $508,5000 cash awards. -The Canadian Press

The Dodgers on the other hand decided to spread their winning across 82 full shares which resulted in $484,747 spread out to all of their team members.
The Blue Jays received 24% of the $128.2m players' pool for post-season revenues (the Dodgers received 36%).

They gave out 70 full shares, each worth $354,118 (the Dodgers handed out 82 full shares at $484,747).

The players pool total just shy of last year's record $129m.
This is quite a large sum for these players, especially the young ones like Trey Yesavage who yearly salary was $57,000 last season.
